An environment that values diversity and inclusion Industrial Company **Position:** HR Analyst **Employment Type:** CLT – Permanent **Number of Vacancies:** 1 **Job Description / Responsibilities:** Performs various personnel administration tasks, including maintenance and updating of records and controls (employee files, electronic timekeeping, labor obligations, social security, tax obligations, etc.), payroll processing, social charges, vacation management, hiring and terminations, as well as annual benefits and obligations control. Processes new employee admissions daily, including issuing employee files, registration forms, completing the CTPS (Work and Social Security Card), opening bank accounts, producing and delivering ID badges, transport vouchers, meal vouchers, and medical assistance cards; registers employees in the system and provides necessary guidance to newly hired staff. Prepares document copies, collects signatures to formalize the process, creates individual employee folders, and archives documents. Formalizes terminations per instructions, enters information into the system, performs calculations, cancels benefits, closes out documents, schedules and guides mandatory medical exit exams, issues required documentation, requests payment of severance amounts, monitors union homologation when legally required, and archives terminated employee documentation. Controls and processes employee vacations, observing the expiration of acquisition periods per legislation and the company’s annual vacation schedule: enters the vacation period into the system, performs calculations, updates documents, prints receipts, collects signatures, and requests bank deposits within legal deadlines. Guides employees regarding payment details and departure/return dates. Maintains electronic timekeeping control for tracking absences, late arrivals, overtime, medical or statutory leaves, work schedule or location changes, etc., to support payroll preparation. Accesses the system and updates time entries per instructions for payroll and deduction control. Supports departments and employees by advising them on labor and social security legislation, union clauses, collective bargaining agreements, internal policies, etc., ensuring correct application and preventing labor liabilities. Stays updated on legislative changes (labor, tax, social security, etc.) affecting daily tasks and internal procedures through internet research, reading bulletins and newsletters, consulting external advisors, etc. Keeps supervisors informed as needed. Processes the company’s monthly payroll: imports electronic timekeeping data, manually enters adjustments such as absence allowances, leaves, and registration updates, generates payroll reports and payslips, requests bank deposits, and handles issuance and delivery of mandatory reports and payment of due labor charges. Assists employees with inquiries and makes necessary corrections when required. Prepares biweekly salary advances, including updates and corresponding bank deposits. **Desired Education and Experience:** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Law, or related fields.
