**Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities**

You will manage supplier relationships across multiple segments, including services, operations, maintenance, raw materials, pharmaceuticals, machinery, and equipment. This includes leading major negotiations, monitoring contracts, tracking established KPIs, and overseeing orders in transit to ensure timely delivery and efficient operations. Additionally, you must ensure compliance with operational parameters and business goals, maintain effective communication with your team, and actively contribute to developing action plans to achieve desired outcomes—including potential hiring to optimize performance.
You will also manage the procurement category, seeking scale efficiencies and ensuring improvements implemented at the unit level align with strategic planning. In summary, you will play a critical role in supplier development and management, as well as in guaranteeing that all operations remain aligned with the company’s objectives and goals.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
------------------------------
* Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Fluent oral and written communication in English.
* Prior procurement experience in the Offshore segment.
* Solid experience in data master governance, cleansing, and management (e.g., customers, suppliers, materials, etc.).
* Advanced knowledge of ERP registration processes (Protheus) and system integrations.
* Experience performing critical analysis of information, identifying inconsistencies, and implementing improvements.
* Ability to create and monitor quality and data performance indicators (KPIs).
* Analytical, organized, and results-driven profile.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (including BI tools), AI platforms, and specialized operational management applications (ClickUp, SimpleKPI).
