Coordination with suppliers and service providers **Job Description:** The Seres Group is seeking a professional for the position of Fleet Analyst, tasked with supporting the company's administrative and operational fleet management, ensuring efficient control over costs, maintenance, documentation, and performance indicators, thereby contributing to regulatory compliance, vehicle availability, and continuous optimization of fleet management processes. **Responsibilities:** Monitoring and tracking preventive and corrective fleet maintenance; Analysis of operational costs (fuel, maintenance, insurance, tolls, etc.); Monitoring fleet performance indicators; Management of vehicle documentation, ensuring legal compliance; Preparation of managerial reports and support for decision-making; Coordination with suppliers and automotive service providers; Support in implementing and utilizing fleet management systems. **Requirements:** **Required Qualifications:** Completed high school education; Knowledge of administrative and operational fleet routines; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Prior experience in vehicle maintenance and cost control; Familiarity with traffic legislation and vehicle documentation. **Desired Competencies:** Analytical and organized profile; Ability to analyze data and performance indicators; Strong communication and negotiation skills; Commitment to deadlines and results.
