Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring drivers' performance and safety by scheduling shifts, assisting with vehicle defects, and monitoring fleet performance. Key Highlights: 1. Schedule and dispatch the next day's vehicle roster; ensure fleet release and retrieval are carried out in accordance with company operational procedures; assist drivers in resolving defects prior to vehicle release; receive defect reports from inspectors, supervisors, traffic assistants, and drivers regarding vehicles exhibiting issues after release, communicate such issues to maintenance, and seek solutions to avoid unnecessary vehicle retrieval; authorize fleet retrieval only after coordination and agreement with maintenance; monitor driver performance via the telematics system; identify and correct telematics events through monitoring; analyze speed reports and advise drivers on excessive event occurrences; conduct practical driving evaluations for driver candidates; perform diagnostic tests on vehicles reported by drivers as defective during operations; 2511010202241615340
