We are looking for a professional to join our company's administrative department. We seek someone who is attentive, organized, and possesses strong communication skills to interact with drivers and manage incidents during operations.
**Main Responsibilities**:
* Monitor vehicles in real time using tracking systems.
* Track routes, stops, and trip schedules.
* Maintain contact with drivers to provide guidance and support during transit.
* Identify and record incidents such as delays, route deviations, or unscheduled stops.
* Ensure vehicle check\-lists are always up to date.
* Update vehicle and driver registrations via portal/system.
* Alert the responsible team in cases of emergencies or irregularities.
* Ensure compliance with company operational procedures.
**Requirements**:
Completed high school education.
Intermediate computer skills (spreadsheets, systems, and e\-mail).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to analyze information.
Flexible availability.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Prior experience in vehicle monitoring, logistics, or transportation.
Familiarity with fleet management and tracking systems.
