Job Summary: Assist in Operations Control Center activities, including customer service, fine/loss control, and preventive maintenance, as well as organizing information and supporting administrative routines. Focus on efficiency and integrity in asset management **Support the Operations Control Center (OCC) department activities**, assisting with **customer service**, **fine and loss control**, and supporting activities related to **preventive maintenance of transport vehicles**. Contribute to **organizing information in systems and spreadsheets**, **monitoring operational routines**, and **supporting the department's administrative tasks**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform operations-related customer service; * Assist in controlling fines and losses for transport vehicles, maintaining up-to-date records; * Support monitoring of fleet preventive maintenance, contributing to meeting scheduled deadlines; * Input and update operational data into spreadsheets and systems; * Assist in monitoring operational routines; * Organize documents and information related to transport operations; * Support other administrative tasks within the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Be **over 18 years old**; * Be **currently enrolled in or have completed high school**; * Currently enrolled in or interested in **Administration, Logistics, or Production Engineering** is a plus; * Be **organized, proactive, and possess good communication skills**; * Have basic knowledge of **Microsoft Office suite**. * Have **easy access to Jacarepaguá – RJ**. * Availability for a **4-hour daily work schedule** (per the Young Apprentice Program).
