Position Objective
Manage and control financial operations, ensuring data accuracy, supporting decision-making, and adhering to internal processes—with strong emphasis on routines executed via Sienge.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and track cash flow (actual vs. forecasted)
* Execute accounts payable and accounts receivable routines
* Perform bank reconciliations and analyze inconsistencies
* Support monthly financial closing
* Analyze construction project costs, productivity, and budget variances
* Interface with Engineering and Controller departments for physical\-financial monitoring
* Record entries, perform verifications, and configure parameters in Sienge
* Support the preparation of management reports and financial indicators (KPIs)
* Ensure compliance with deadlines, internal policies, and processes
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
* Prior experience as a Financial Analyst (mid-level)
* Practical experience with Sienge (mandatory)
* Experience in engineering, civil construction, or construction projects (strongly preferred)
* Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency
* Knowledge of cash flow management, reconciliations, and financial routines
