Your responsibilities as Lead Manager: Be the overall responsible for unit management, leading all areas: dining room, kitchen, delivery, customer service, and administration; Ensure operational excellence by upholding quality standards, food safety, and customer service; Manage and develop leader and operational teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment; Monitor operational, financial, and HR metrics, with focus on targets, productivity, and unit profitability; Directly oversee inventory management, procurement, stocktaking, and loss prevention; Implement continuous improvement initiatives, commercial campaigns, and strategies to boost performance. Requirements: Completed High School education (Bachelor’s degree is a plus); Proven prior experience in restaurant management or high-volume retail operations; Strong leadership ability, decision-making skills, analytical mindset, and results orientation; Full availability for shifts, including weekends and holidays; Proactive, communicative profile with strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
