Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction An engineering and infrastructure company seeks a Construction Manager in Rio de Janeiro. **Responsibilities:** Manage projects in accordance with contractual guidelines, ensuring deadlines, costs, and quality. Monitor physical\-financial performance of contracts. Define and implement operational strategies for construction projects. Coordinate technical teams and optimize resources. Ensure implementation of the management system and compliance with safety standards. Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction. Support commercial and procurement departments in proposals, negotiations, and technical definitions. Be responsible for operational planning and contractual execution until project closure. Represent the company technically before clients and partners. Perform other duties inherent to the position. Previous experience as Project Coordinator, Construction Supervisor, Construction Administrator, or Project Engineer may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
