Job Summary: This professional will assist in analyzing corporate documents and operations of structured investment funds, supporting their establishment and transfers. Key Highlights: 1. Will work on structuring Asset Servicing for investment funds. 2. Will support investors, fund managers, and distributors in fund establishment. 3. Will analyze corporate documents and daily operations of structured funds. **About the Area:** The Asset Servicing Structuring team at BTG Pactual operates within the division dedicated to fiduciary services for structured investment funds. Within the Structuring area, we support investors, fund managers, consultants, and distributors in establishing and operationalizing BTG Pactual’s structured investment funds. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Assist in analyzing corporate documents of investment funds; * Analyze daily operations of structured funds from the perspective of the fiduciary administrator; * Analyze corporate documents related to the daily operations of structured investment funds; and * Support the establishment and transfers of structured investment funds. **What We Expect From You:** * Law student, enrolled in semesters 4 through 8 during the first semester of 2026; * Prior experience in capital markets is a plus; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); * Advanced English; **Benefits:** * Meal and Food Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Transportation Voucher; * WellHub; * TotalPass; * Employee Assistance Program (EAP); * Annual Bonus;
