Opportunities for career growth and talent recognition We are looking for an organized, communicative, resilient individual eager to grow. **What You’ll Do Here** * Contact customers via WhatsApp, phone, email, and other channels; * Negotiate payment deadlines and terms with delinquent customers; * Prepare collections reports to monitor results; * Clarify customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and collections; * Issue bills and invoices, and record payments in our internal systems; * Support other routine tasks related to the department.
