Serve customers with friendliness and professionalism Position: Restaurant Supervisor **Work Location:** Corcovado Train – Rio de Janeiro **Working Hours:** 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (rotating 5x2 schedule, including weekends) Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate the snack bar team * Manage inventory, purchase orders, and input control * Monitor sales and prepare management reports * Execute daily and weekly operational closing * Train and develop staff to promote strong performance and motivation * Manage conflicts and maintain a healthy work environment * Ensure space organization and cleanliness * Serve customers with friendliness and professionalism, including foreign tourists Requirements * Completed high school education * Proven experience as a snack bar supervisor or manager * Leadership and team management skills * Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for public interaction * Fluency in English or Spanish (daily contact with tourists) * Availability to work on a rotating 5x2 schedule, including weekends Benefits * Salary: R$ 2.550 + variable compensation * Meal voucher + Food allowance * Transportation voucher * Medical assistance * Gym discounts * Day off Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$2.550.00 – R$4.363.77 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Education: * Completed high school (Mandatory)
