Responsibilities: * Assist Chefs and culinary staff in food preparation; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area; * Perform pre\-preparation and finalization of dishes; * Ensure food quality and visual presentation according to company standards; * Comply with food safety and personal hygiene regulations; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of kitchen processes and services. Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy is preferred; * Prior experience as a Kitchen Assistant is considered an advantage; * Practical knowledge of basic cooking techniques; * Ability to work effectively in a team with strong interpersonal skills; * Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment; * Willingness to learn and grow professionally within the gastronomy field; * Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
