




Job Summary: A kitchen professional responsible for assisting in food preparation and sanitation, kitchen organization, and inventory control, in compliance with hygiene standards. Inventory control and organization **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in food preparation according to the chef's or supervisor's instructions; * Perform food sanitation and cutting (vegetables, leafy greens, meats, etc.); * Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness, including utensils, equipment, and work areas; * Assist in plating and portioning dishes; * Control and organize food inventory, observing expiration dates and proper storage conditions; * Strictly adhere to hygiene, food safety, and personal protective equipment (PPE) regulations; * Collect and dispose of waste properly; * Support other kitchen activities as needed.
