




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for developing supply chain consulting projects, diagnosing complex problems, and implementing innovative solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Develop and implement improvements in strategy, processes, and technology The professional will be responsible for developing supply chain consulting projects, diagnosing complex problems, and implementing innovative solutions aimed at driving significant transformations, efficiency gains, and cost optimization in clients’ business strategies and operations. Their responsibilities will span multiple critical areas of the supply chain, including Demand and Inventory Planning, Integrated Planning (S\&OP/IBP), Logistics and Distribution Network, Strategic Sourcing and Transactional Procurement, Warehouse Management, and associated technologies. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support leadership of workstreams and specific topics within supply chain consulting projects. * Conduct in-depth diagnostics to understand the current state of the supply chain and critically identify key gaps across all dimensions. * Lead data collection, in-depth analysis (quantitative and qualitative), and gap/opportunity assessment. * Develop hypotheses, model scenarios, and structure strategic and tactical recommendations. * Implement identified improvements across strategy, policies, processes, people, and technology. * Prepare and present status and results reports and materials to client stakeholders and internal leadership. * Manage project activities, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs. * Support project management in overall project planning and control. * Interact directly with client teams across various hierarchical levels. * Deliver training on diverse supply chain topics. * Mentor and guide junior analysts within the team. * Collaborate in formulating strategic technical proposals, supporting the commercial team in closing new business opportunities. * Develop, support, and/or functionally implement technological tools and solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Data Science, or related fields * Professional experience across diverse areas of the supply chain * Experience in consulting projects and supply chain consulting firms is preferred * Proficiency in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint (advanced), SQL, and Power BI * Familiarity with ERP systems (conceptual knowledge) is preferred * Knowledge of Python, R, or other programming languages is preferred * Intermediate English proficiency **Additional Information** **Behavioral Competencies** * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Organization and time management; * Teamwork and collaboration; * Problem-solving; * Conflict management; * Proactivity and initiative.
