We are looking for a **Senior Commercial Analyst** to strengthen the commercial operations of our developments and strategically support sales and relationships with partner real estate agencies. If you possess an analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, and enjoy working in commercial roles, this could be an excellent opportunity. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze and validate commercial proposals * Liaise with advisory firms regarding debt acknowledgment processes * Deliver training programs to partner real estate agencies * Integrate and verify contracts within the system * Organize and monitor events at sales booths, meetings, and activities with real estate agencies * Quote, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships (with management approval) * Coordinate with credit advisory firms on assignment and registration processes * Organize files and provide administrative support to the commercial department **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in related fields * Prior experience in commercial roles within construction or real estate development companies * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office * Organized, proactive, and effective communicator Working Hours: Monday to Thursday — 08:00 to 18:00; Friday — 08:00 to 17:00 (Saturdays on rotation) Location: Rio de Janeiro (Willingness to work at Jeronimo da Veiga sales booths)
