INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **The main challenges as a UNIT MANAGER \- ESTÁCIO TERESÓPOLIS are:** * Align unit operations with the company’s strategic plan, focusing on reversing the current unsatisfactory performance; * Deliver financial targets and results in accordance with the company’s budgetary assumptions; * Maintain and expand the student base, actively participating in recruitment and renewal shifts to support lead conversion and team engagement; * Continuously improve process and area performance indicators to achieve operational excellence; * Maintain and continuously improve unit infrastructure; * Develop leadership in alignment with the talent lifecycle; * Make operational decisions in accordance with regional guidelines; * Mediate critical issues between the unit and the regional office, ensuring alignment on demands; * Identify expansion opportunities; * Represent the Institution before local authorities and regulatory bodies; * Manage regulatory acts related to course authorization, recognition, renewal, and institutional reaccreditation, ensuring compliance with competent authorities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Postgraduate degree in Management or Leadership \- preferred; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office \- preferred; * People management experience; * Willingness to reside in Teresópolis \- mandatory; * Prior experience in the Education sector or in Commercial/Administrative Management. **Additional Information** Work Location: Teresópolis / Rio de Janeiro Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. **At YDUQS, you’ll find:** * **Full tuition scholarships** (up to 100%) for employees, legal dependents, and affiliates (parents, siblings).
