**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Plan all docking activities in advance, identifying and detailing items and systems to be processed.
* Develop a detailed docking schedule, defining priorities, deadlines, and responsible parties for each stage.
* Organize pre\-docking meetings with involved departments (operations, maintenance, procurement, safety, and classification) to align scope and obtain authorizations.
* Conduct technical and quantitative material surveys (paints, anodes, valves, plates, bolts, pipes, gutters, gaskets, consumables, etc.) and enter all items into the FLUIG system or equivalent to initiate procurement processes.
* Monitor material acquisition and delivery, ensuring timelines compatible with the schedule and compliance with technical specifications.
* Identify, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers and subcontractors for fabrication, painting, electrical, hydraulic, carpentry, and mechanical services.
* Request and analyze a minimum of three comparative quotations per service, ensuring optimal cost\/benefit ratio and technical compliance.
* Supervise subcontracted service execution, verifying compliance with technical standards, quality benchmarks, and safety requirements.
* Survey and select suitable shipyards, considering vessel dimensions, dry dock capacity, availability, and commercial conditions.
* Negotiate timelines and conditions with the shipyard and formalize docking, including contract signing and definition of operational responsibilities.
* Coordinate pre- and post\-docking inspections—both dry and floating—to ensure comprehensive evaluations of hulls, propellers, rudders, valves, and other structural components.
* Supervise plate thickness measurements and replacement of damaged structures, ensuring execution with qualified materials and welders.
* Ensure destructive and non-destructive testing (NDT) is performed as required by classification societies and internal procedures.
* Monitor and validate surface preparation and hull painting, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and correct antifouling application.
* Track daily docking activity progress, verifying productivity, quality, and deadline adherence.
* Monitor material availability and logistics to prevent process interruptions.
* Implement and supervise occupational health, safety, and environmental measures, ensuring compliance with internal and legal regulations.
* Guarantee complete technical documentation for all executed activities, including photographic reports, Risk Analysis Reports (APRs), Work Permits (PTs), welding certificates, and test reports.
* Maintain direct interface with Petrobras inspectors, classification societies (RBNA, DNV, BV, etc.), and engineering teams to ensure technical and documentary alignment.
* Control docking budget, monitoring measurements, approvals, and cost\/schedule indicators.
* Actively participate in planning mobilizations and related structural inspections (mezzanines, gantries, cradles, winch supports, etc.).
* Ensure organization, cleanliness, and safety in areas under your responsibility.
* Comply with and enforce internal rules, operational procedures, and company policies.
* Perform other duties related to the position and of equivalent complexity, as operationally required.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory**
* Technical degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Naval Structural Engineering;
* 3 years of experience in this role or related activities;
* Knowledge of docking supervision, vessel maintenance, docking processes, naval construction materials, technical drawing interpretation, and navigation management systems.
**Desirable**
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, or Naval Engineering.

* Work location: Niterói \- RJ;
* Employment type: Onshore;
* Work modality: 100% in-person;
* Working hours: 44h\/week — 08:00 to 17:48, with 1-hour lunch break, Monday through Friday.
