Travel monitoring and tracking **Your challenge will be:** * Conduct travel monitoring and tracking; * Handle claim events related to losses, damages, and incidents; * Provide active and responsive phone support to customers, partners, and suppliers for clarifications and guidance regarding tracked and/or monitored trips; * Operate internal systems (SGR, Rastrear 4\.0, SIL). **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Office suite knowledge is desirable; * Flexible availability for shift work; * Strong drive to deliver results, high energy, innovative mindset, and proactive attitude!
