Develop demonstration areas and monitor grain crop cultivation. **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Service Provider (PJ) * Conduct visits for new customer prospecting; * Prepare, issue, and negotiate sales proposals; * Serve and clarify customers' inquiries; * Monitor sales performance indicators; * Identify customer trends and needs; * Promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum satisfaction; * Perform activities related to negotiation and product demonstration; * Negotiate with producers while providing technical support; * Develop demonstration areas, contributing to the planning and monitoring of grain crop cultivation, field days, and variety competition trials; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the position. **General Responsibilities:** * Comply with the company’s occupational health and safety regulations and information security policies (including proper use of PPE); * Adhere to applicable laws, regulations, procedures, and internal bylaws; * Propose process improvements; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Use company-provided financial resources rationally. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy. * Prior experience in commercial (sales) roles. **Benefits:** Commissions, Company Vehicle
