Join us as one of the \#TalentosCN! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Procure resources to ensure all materials, tools, and other items required for maintenance execution are available in a timely manner and in accordance with defined technical specifications for work order execution. * Develop and monitor routine maintenance plans, scheduling inspections and regular services for equipment and facilities, defining priorities based on asset criticality and operational impact. * Ensure planning and scheduling of minor shutdowns, developing activity schedules for mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure teams, as well as providing necessary resources, aiming to guarantee interventions performed with quality, safety, and within the appropriate timeframe. * Develop the master schedule for minor shutdowns, specifying planned dates, activity durations, ensuring all execution steps are listed in the schedule, and associated costs, in order to determine the shutdown's critical path, identifying dependencies and total float between various shutdown activities. * Monitor the master schedule for minor shutdowns and the critical path daily during activity execution, reporting estimated time to complete ongoing tasks, completed activities and time spent, pending activities, resource surplus or shortage, additional works arising during shutdowns, and actual versus budgeted costs. * Participate in shutdown preparation meetings involving mechanical, electrical, safety, production, and procurement departments, ensuring timely execution. * Coordinate between Maintenance and Procurement to track and follow up on purchasing processes, monitoring delivery timelines and resolving technical queries during procurement, aiming to ensure material delivery in time for shutdown execution. * Support updating the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) by collecting technical equipment information to register assets, operational locations, personnel, maintenance plans, areas, materials, and services, per formal requests from users or customers of the Maintenance Planning department. * Prepare reports, KPIs, and complete internal documents according to Cimento Nacional’s standards and procedures. * Support the immediate supervisor in preparing the Unit’s maintenance budget and investment plans, providing technical justifications, major shutdown schedules, and risk assessments. * Maintain the workplace clean and organized, creating a safe environment for task execution. * Perform other duties inherent to the position and commensurate with its level, provided the employee is duly qualified and possesses the required knowledge and experience. * Stay updated on technological advances within the field of expertise, aiming for professional development, knowledge expansion, and contributing to continuous improvement of company results. * Ensure compliance with the principles and values outlined in Cimento Nacional’s Code of Conduct. * Preserve one’s own physical integrity and promote that of colleagues, third parties, and other stakeholders, adopting and disseminating risk prevention attitudes and promoting general health. * Promote and comply with legal requirements and internal Occupational Health and Safety procedures, as well as environmental preservation, contributing to eliminating situations that may represent risks of occupational accidents, occupational diseases, or environmental degradation. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements: * Completed Technical Education.
