




Job Summary: Performs low- to medium-complexity technical activities in telecommunications infrastructure, including basic installations and preventive maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Performs basic infrastructure installations. **Infrastructure Technician I** **Work Location:** Nova Friburgo/RJ Performs low- to medium-complexity technical activities in telecommunications infrastructure, such as basic installations, cable routing and organization, preventive maintenance, and technical support, following established procedures and guidelines. **Main Activities and Responsibilities:** * Perform cable routing, identification, and organization for optical and metallic cables; * Support preventive and corrective maintenance at POPs, towers, and remote sites; * Conduct visual inspections and simple tests on electrical and telecommunications systems; * Follow project specifications, diagrams, and work orders; * Complete technical reports and photographic records; * Strictly comply with safety regulations (applicable NRs); * Perform basic infrastructure installations (racks, DIOs, trays, cable trays). **Education:** * Completed high school. * Technical course in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Networking, or related fields (preferred); * Basic knowledge of networking, optical fiber, and infrastructure; * Ability to work in teams and follow procedures; * Technical course in refrigeration (preferred). **Prerequisites:** * Driver's License — Category B **Knowledge:** * Basic computer skills; * Basic electricity; * Basic knowledge of optical networks (preferred); * Basic knowledge of refrigeration (preferred); * Basic knowledge of soldering (preferred).
