Every day, we have the opportunity to do something new—and you can be part of it. **\#JoinVC** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Record personnel movements (merit increases, promotions, cost center changes, etc.) and transfers via DHO Portal / People Portal, following internal standards * Record organizational structure changes (Organizational Unit, Position) via DHO Portal * Support area cost management by forwarding requests to the Cost and Budget team * Ensure execution of the new employee onboarding process * Guide employees and managers on various People area processes (benefits inquiries, time tracking, vacations, pensions, helpdesk tickets, and ID badges) * Register parental leave inputs and guide employees on this topic * Support hiring execution by monitoring process stages * Assist the Business Partner in executing routine activities (transfers, labor claims, preparation of materials) * Register ACTs post-closing via system * Assist in managing employee time tracking * Keep employee files and records updated (via DMS) * Support training delivery (VC School, Journeys, and Local Trainings), ensuring training logistics * Support Recruitment & Selection processes (permanent staff, temporary labor, interns, and apprentices) * Support internal communication using PSIU Bulletin Board, Workplace, and organizing celebratory events * Monitor social transformation programs (Evoluir, Joga Junto, Coletivo Consciente, etc.) **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields * Knowledge of Human Resources processes * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Organizational ability and sense of urgency Availability to work 100% onsite at the unit. * **Additional Information** We value all forms of diversity and encourage you to learn more about this opportunity below.
