SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for leading the team, hiring, training, and monitoring employee performance; Ensuring team motivation among sales staff; Achieving targets, handling customer service, organizing the store and window display; Managing inventory; Performing cash closing; Handling exchanges and after-sales service; Supporting marketing initiatives and seasonal events; Organizing and ensuring smooth store operations; Submitting reports upon request; Ensuring store organization and efficient operations; Prior experience in management and leadership is required.
