Job Summary: A bakery is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to prepare and pre-prepare food items, as well as organize and clean the kitchen while maintaining hygiene and food safety. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain hygiene and food safety in the workplace The bakery seeks a Kitchen Assistant in Nova Friburgo (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Assist in food preparation following recipes and instructions from the chef or responsible cook. Perform ingredient pre-preparation tasks such as cutting, chopping, and peeling food items. Assist in organizing and cleaning the kitchen and used utensils. Maintain hygiene and food safety in the workplace.
