Job Summary: Responsible for greeting and assisting guests, performing check-in/check-out procedures, answering phone calls, and maintaining excellence in front desk service and organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Friendly and professional service to guests and customers 2. Management of check-in/check-out procedures and provision of information about hotel services 3. Cross-departmental collaboration and maintenance of guest safety \- Greet and welcome guests and customers with courtesy and professionalism. \- Perform check\-in and check\-out procedures according to established standards. \- Identify and guide guests regarding accommodation services and other hotel offerings; provide general information about the hotel's facilities and surrounding area. \- Answer telephone calls and provide in-person or other-channel support. \- Maintain a professional demeanor and deliver excellent service aligned with the company's DNA. \- Accurately complete the logbook (incident register) with relevant shift records. \- Strictly follow the shift checklist. \- Enter and verify information in the hotel management system. \- Monitor guest entry and exit, recording consumption and services used. \- Keep the reception area organized, clean, and functional. \- Collaborate with other hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen, etc.). \- Ensure guest safety by adhering to hotel protocols. \- Comply with internal policies, operational routines, and hotel quality standards. **Desirable Requirements** Previous experience in hospitality will be an advantage; Knowledge of Totvs/CMnet system; Punctuality and communication skills.
