Job Summary: The Senior Attorney will provide legal support to management, draft and review contracts for large-scale construction and infrastructure projects, and represent the company before public and private entities. More than vehicles travel our roads — here, we connect people and energize cargo transportation across some of the country’s most important economic corridors. **Responsibilities and Duties** **As a SENIOR ATTORNEY, your main responsibilities will be:** * Advising management and other departments on relevant legal matters, particularly those related to large-scale construction projects and engineering contracts, through legal opinions, guidance, and case-handling support; * Drafting, analyzing, and reviewing contracts, with emphasis on complex large-scale construction contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and internal policies; * Supporting technical and engineering teams in analyzing notices, claims, and drafting institutional responses during project execution; * Representing the company before public agencies, regulatory entities, and private companies, overseeing administrative proceedings until their conclusion; * Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely fulfillment of legal requirements; * Filing documents in electronic systems of competent authorities; * Organizing and maintaining up-to-date legal documents and information in management systems (Projuris and Ariba); * Participating in in-person and virtual meetings, including with technical teams and suppliers involved in projects; and * Preparing reports upon request, based on data available in physical and virtual departmental files. **Requirements and Qualifications** It is important that you have: * Completed undergraduate degree in Law; * Active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) registration; * Proven experience in analyzing, drafting, and managing contracts for large-scale construction projects and infrastructure projects; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of POWER BI/SAP; * Residency in Casimiro de Abreu/RJ or mobility.
