Job Summary: Professional responsible for scheduling and monitoring container transportation operations, customer service, and communication with logistics partners. Key Highlights: 1. Maintaining contact with drivers, partners, and customers. **Job Description:** Scheduling container deliveries and pickups at ICTSI / MULTI and SEPETIBA TECON ports; Serving shipping lines and filing documents. Monitoring container transportation operations (imports and exports); Issuing service orders, managing schedules, and handling documentation; Providing customer service (information, delivery status updates, issue resolution); Maintaining active communication with drivers, logistics partners, and customers; Using communication tools such as e\-mail, telephone, and corporate WhatsApp to update statuses and provide support **Requirements:** Experience in cargo transportation (containers); Experience with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and cargo agents; Being organized, agile, responsible, flexible regarding working hours, verbally fluent, and proactive.
