Key Responsibilities: * Map, analyze, and optimize store operational processes; * Monitor performance and productivity indicators; * Identify operational bottlenecks and propose improvements; * Standardize procedures and ensure execution across units; * Support leaders and teams in process implementation; * Prepare management reports and action plans; * Conduct follow-up on audits and internal controls; * Collaborate with administrative and operational departments. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Experience in retail operations; * Knowledge of KPIs, processes, and continuous improvement; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Analytical, proactive profile with strong communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience managing multiple stores; * Knowledge of Power BI; * Experience in operational auditing and process standardization.
