Description
Execute procedures for implementing and maintaining internal controls and compliance at the Cooperative's branch offices. Provide support to Internal Audit, External Audit, and Regulatory Agencies within the Cooperative.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Support the preparation of monitoring reports and internal controls reports for relevant areas within the Cooperative or its branches;
* Assist in implementing the Internal Controls and Operational Risk Management framework, as well as the respective action plans;
* Support the dissemination of an internal controls, operational risk, and compliance culture throughout the Sicredi Cooperative System;
* Support the description of key internal control aspects and the preparation of the Cooperative's internal controls report;
* Support visits to branches, focusing on identifying process weaknesses and reporting them to enable improvement actions;
* Assist in anti-money laundering prevention efforts and support training for employees on this topic;
* Support handling incidents arising from all complaint registration sources at branches and the Cooperative;
* Support recording internal regulations and disseminating external regulations. Assist internal departments in developing internal regulations.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting Sciences, or related fields.
