Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** Set up mise en place, prepare and organize tables before and after each service. Sterilize and organize cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, and plates. Receive, inspect, and organize supplies provided by the storeroom according to requisitions. Restock beverage inventory. Assist in serving dishes, beverages, and desserts at tables, rooms, or events. Maintain organization in service areas, assisting with setup and breakdown. Record customer orders and requests for the kitchen team. Control access to the restaurant. Set up, break down, and replenish buffet stations.
