Conduct basic preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment **If you wish to grow professionally, join our team!** Perform general maintenance services in buildings, carrying out minor preventive and corrective repairs on structures, installations, and equipment, ensuring preservation, safety, and proper functioning of environments. * Perform **painting services**, touch-ups, and minor finishing work on walls, doors, floors, and internal and external structures. * Carry out **minor electrical repairs**, such as replacing light bulbs, outlets, switches, and performing simple adjustments on low-complexity electrical installations. * Carry out **minor plumbing repairs**, such as replacing faucets, traps, valves, sealing simple leaks, and performing basic unclogging. * Perform **general repairs** on furniture, doors, windows, locks, shelves, and other installation items. * Conduct **basic preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment**, identifying repair needs and reporting to leadership when complex demands arise. * Ensure **organization, cleanliness, and preservation** of work areas, tools, and materials used. * Support the assembly, disassembly, and organization of environments when necessary. * Follow **occupational safety regulations**, correctly using provided PPE. **About the position:** * Starting salary of R$2\.135,60 * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM * Performance-based bonuses * Dental plan, telemedicine, pharmacy and university partnerships, and other benefits * **Immediate start**
