Job Summary:
The professional will be responsible for ensuring safety on construction sites, conducting daily inspections, supervising installations, preparing documentation, and delivering operational training.
Key Highlights:
1. Direct involvement in construction site safety (electrical and hydraulic systems).
2. Preparation of essential safety documents (PPRA/PGR, LTCAT, APR).
3. Development and delivery of operational training.
* Conduct daily inspections at construction fronts (electrical and hydraulic systems), identifying hazards and implementing preventive measures.
* Supervise electrical installation activities (low and medium voltage) and hydraulic systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, especially NR-10, NR-18, NR-35, and other applicable standards.
* Prepare and update **PPRA/PGR**, **LTCAT**, **APR**, **Work Permits (PT)**, and other safety documents.
* Deliver **operational and onboarding training** to employees and third-party contractors.
* Investigate and analyze accidents, incidents, and near-misses, proposing corrective and preventive actions.
* Control and inspect **PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE)**, ensuring proper usage.
* Participate in construction site meetings with engineers, foremen, and supervisors to align on safety conditions and regulations.
* Supervise work at height, excavation, confined space operations, and other critical activities.
* Maintain the company’s legal documentation up to date with regulatory authorities.
* Assist in emergency management, drills, and evacuation plans.
* Manage documentation for employees and third-party contractors;
