Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform preventive maintenance and general repairs on basic electrical installations, equipment, and hotel infrastructure. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls, resolving issues effectively and efficiently to minimize inconvenience to guests and staff. Carry out routine swimming pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including checking water chemical balance, cleaning filters, and maintaining pumps. Install and repair plasterboard ceilings and walls, ensuring smooth, aesthetically pleasing finishes. Perform painting and finishing work, applying paints, varnishes, and other surface treatments. Repair pipes, fittings, leaks, and blockages in potable water, heating, and sewage systems. Assist with furniture relocation and equipment assembly. Perform on-call duty within the department to handle all hotel service calls, ensuring swift response to potential emergency demands. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed elementary education (a Building Maintenance course is considered a plus); Basic knowledge of electrical installations (e.g., minor electrical repairs, lamp, socket, and switch replacements); Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, including motors, pumps, heaters, and related equipment; Basic knowledge of plumbing (e.g., basic pipe system repairs: unclogging toilets, replacing traps, fixing leaks, addressing faucet and valve issues); Basic knowledge of plastering and painting; Basic knowledge of masonry (e.g., wall and floor repairs, tile replacement). **Additional Information** Health Insurance; Dental Insurance; Meal Voucher; Educational Support; Pharmacy Benefit; Gym Benefit; School Supply Purchase Benefit; SESC Benefit; Transportation Voucher; Birthday Day Off.
