Job Summary: The Store Attendant handles cash operations, serves customers, promotes financial products and services, and supports the team in improving service quality and recovering budgets. Opportunity to support the team and enhance services **What We Expect From You:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience as a Cashier and familiarity with the Linx system will be considered a plus. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Customer satisfaction orientation. **A Typical Day for a Store Attendant:** * Opens and closes the cash register quickly and efficiently. * Understands their cash discrepancy and handles it appropriately. * Identifies common pricing errors processed at their register and supports the leader and team in reducing such errors. * Informs customers about financing options, promotes, and sells the Celebre Card. * Executes initiatives to acquire new customers and retain existing ones. * Manages CRMs and collaborates with Commerce and Supply Chain departments to resolve customer requests. * Pays close attention to customer feedback and comments, aiming to gather and convey insights for improving service, product offerings, and overall quality. * Conducts customer surveys during their checkout process. * Supports Commerce in budget recovery. * Processes returned products, separating and identifying them accordingly. * Maintains cleanliness and organization of their workstation.
