Actively cover the entire RN state on route **Job Summary:** Coordinate, develop, and supervise sales teams across the **Farma and Mini Retail** channels, ensuring target achievement, execution of Acioly Distribuidora’s commercial strategies, and strengthened customer relationships through active route coverage across the entire RN state. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields); * Proven experience in commercial roles, preferably within the Farma and/or Mini Retail channels; * Experience managing and supervising external sales teams; * Full availability for travel and route-based work across the entire RN state; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Knowledge of commercial KPIs and performance analysis; * Proficiency with digital tools and sales systems; * Experience in the wholesale or distribution market (preferred); * Familiarity with the RN region and its market (preferred); * Prior experience with Farma and Mini Retail channels covering broad geographic areas (preferred).
