**UNIT COORDINATOR – MACAÉ/RJ** Specialized company in integrated security solutions, seeking a professional to work as **Unit Coordinator** in **Macaé/RJ**. **Responsibilities** * Manage the Macaé unit's operations, ensuring administrative and operational efficiency; * Develop and implement strategies defined by management; * Prospect and develop new business in the region, strengthening the brand presence across **64 municipalities in Rio de Janeiro**; * Maintain close relationships with clients and partners, representing the company; * Conduct client and site visits in inland areas (e.g., Rio das Ostras); * Lead a team composed of supervisors, administrative staff, and approximately 70 full-time employees. **Desired Profile** * Solid experience in **business management and general administration**; * Experience in the **asset protection security sector** will be an advantage; * Skilled in **developing strategies and leading teams**; * **Strategic and long-term vision**, proactive attitude, and ownership mindset; * Good knowledge of **Excel and management systems**; * Excellent **interpersonal skills and communication abilities**. **Additional Information** * **Work location:** On-site in Macaé/RJ; * **Reports directly to Management.** Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: BRL 3,000.00 - BRL 6,359.18 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
