Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking a Logistics Operations Manager to perform strategic oversight of the company’s logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring operational efficiency, integration across sites, process control, team management, and continuous improvement of results. We seek a professional with strong leadership capabilities, analytical vision, a proactive profile, and a focus on operational performance. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage logistics, warehousing, warehouse operations, and delivery activities across units; * Ensure operational standardization across all sites; * Lead operational and administrative teams, ensuring organization, productivity, and team development; * Design, monitor, and report operational performance indicators (KPIs); * Ensure inventory control, accuracy, stocktaking, and movement records; * Optimize operational processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency; * Develop and implement continuous improvements in operational workflows; * Ensure adherence to deadlines, service levels, and internal procedures; * Serve as a strategic liaison with other departments across the company; * Manage processes and routines using WMS and ERP systems; * Oversee multi-site operations, ensuring alignment and operational control. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Process Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in industrial, offshore, oil & gas, or complex operations sectors; * Experience in logistics operations, warehouse management, and operational management; * Solid experience in people management and team leadership; * Advanced knowledge of logistics operations, warehousing, and inventory management; * Knowledge of operational and logistics performance indicators; * Strategic, analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile.
