Job Summary: Work at the onshore warehouse in Macaé, providing direct logistical support to Yinson's FPSOs, managing material receipt, storage, and movement. Key Highlights: 1. Warehouse control and organization Work at the onshore warehouse in Macaé, providing direct support to Yinson's Onshore Warehouse Coordinator, and being responsible for onshore logistical processes related to receipt, storage, control, and movement of materials and spare parts. The professional will serve as the focal point for onshore warehouse operations, providing logistical support to FPSOs operated by Yinson. * Pack goods into containers, supporting the area Supervisor; * + Support the Onshore Warehouse Coordinator in monitoring In/Out cargo, including load and backload; + Assist with and track invoices with relevant departments; + Support administrative logistics for the warehouse, including: + - Preparing cargo manifests in Excel and directly in the system; - Tracking material shipments via helicopters and vessels; + Assist in conducting physical and system-based inventories, maintaining updated records of spare parts and consumables locations; + Support inventory level control, ensuring adequate availability of spares and consumables for FPSOs; + Verify that received items are in good condition, with correct documentation and certifications per purchase orders; + Maintain an organized, safe, and clean warehouse, with properly identified and stored materials; + Support Yinson's FPSOs across all onshore logistics and warehouse operations, meeting internal and external customer demands; + Act in compliance with Yinson Productions' and Expresso Predileto's Code of Business Ethics; + Comply with and promote Yinson Productions' and Expresso Predileto's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures. + Serve as the warehouse focal point for internal and external audits; + Support investigations of inventory discrepancies (surpluses, shortages, and damages); + Control validity, shelf life, and storage requirements for critical and chemical materials; + Support urgent material processes, ensuring agility and traceability; + Interface directly with Maintenance, Procurement, Logistics, and Operations departments; + Ensure compliance with customs, backload, and returnable materials procedures; + Record and report warehouse operational KPIs (inventory, backload, lead time, losses); + Support operational training and best practices for storage and safety.
