Maintenance of strategic demand in collaboration with engineering **AFFIRMATIVE ACTION POSITION FOR PCD** Job Mission: Provide support to the analysis and availability processes of materials, tools, and equipment, based on clear and defined instructions, contributing to achieving timeliness and quality standards. Responsibilities: * Receive material requests from our internal customers for registration, allocation, and analysis; * Contribute to appropriate procurement of materials/services through systemic demand analysis and issuance of requisitions; * Register materials and control missing project items, taking necessary actions to fulfill requirements; * Generate and analyze reports to assist in the materials provisioning process; * Monitor and process engineering revisions for ongoing projects, ensuring their implementation in procurement and manufacturing, as well as rework of inventory materials; * Evaluate and process inter-unit transfers within the organization, ensuring proper adherence to procedures; * Define optimal project support strategies by analyzing substitution possibilities, engineering revalidation, and issuing RS via SAP; * Maintain strategic demand jointly with engineering and internal customers to support operations; * Participate in the Quality Management System, upholding its policies and ensuring its suitability for your department. * Strictly comply with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and procedures, per the Company's formal training programs. Minimum Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Production Engineering, or Logistics * Experience in logistics processes, cost control, procurement, and budgeting * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel * Intermediate English proficiency * Willingness to work onsite in Macaé Benefits International Opportunities Global adventure, broad exposure, and limitless learning await you.
