Use appropriate tools for testing and technical diagnostics. Maintenance and Repairs: Repair components such as screens, batteries, connectors, cameras, speakers, microphones, etc. Accurately and carefully replace parts. Perform internal and external cleaning of devices, including using appropriate products or equipment (e.g., oxidation cleaning). Software Updates: Install and update operating systems (Android, iOS). Perform formatting, data backup, and restoration. Unlock devices (where legally permitted). Remove viruses or malware. Customer Service (if applicable): Provide technical support to customers, explaining identified issues and procedures performed. Assist with budgeting and service explanations. Record service interactions and ensure customer satisfaction. Parts and Equipment Management: Manage inventory of replacement parts and tools. Request replenishments and ensure proper use of supplies. Keep workbenches and equipment organized and in good condition. Post-Repair Testing: Conduct functional tests on all devices before delivery. Ensure devices are 100% operational after repair. Documentation and Reporting: Complete service orders and technical reports. Record information about replaced parts and services performed. Professional Development: Stay updated on product launches, repair techniques, and new industry technologies.
