**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Provide specialized drilling support to fleet units’ operations, ensuring safety and compliance with national and international regulations, thereby achieving company-defined objectives while meeting client needs—valuing life, preserving the environment, safeguarding assets, and upholding the company’s reputation.
* Participate in client technical/operational meetings (GEP, Well APR, SITOP, etc);
* Analyze operational technical documents provided by the client (operational sequences, well APR, change management, etc);
* Provide operational drilling support and well control event support to Foresea’s fleet units, following Foresea’s management system guidelines;
* Interface with manufacturers on technical and operational matters related to equipment and systems used by the drilling team (intermediate English required);
* Participate in investigations of operational incidents related to the Drilling Department;
* Monitor critical operations via real-time monitoring system graphical analysis and provide support during well control-related events;
* Develop and review procedures and presentations for various internal and external organizational forums.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education; bachelor’s degree in Engineering and registration with the relevant professional council preferred;
* Preferred knowledge of drilling, completion, workover, and well abandonment;
* Required experience: If the candidate lacks direct experience in this role, at least 2 years of leadership experience within an offshore drilling team (e.g., Platform Supervisor or Platform Superintendent) or experience in Drilling/Well Safety within offshore exploration operators is acceptable;
