Perform TIG welding on carbon steel, inspecting parts to be welded, observing specifications, positioning, and other details; . Examine parts to be welded, verifying specifications, drawings, and other details, performing the required type of welding according to the received procedure; **.** Inspect parts to be welded, verifying proper alignment of components to achieve perfect welds; **.** Perform final finishing on welded parts by filing, grinding, or sanding worked areas; . Carry out preventive maintenance on welded equipment and tools by applying corrosion passivators; . Monitor usage/consumption of welding materials, documenting work performed and materials consumed; . Specify and request required materials; . Perform other related tasks as directed by immediate supervisor; . Report potential failures and irregularities affecting workflow efficiency, as well as breakage or damage to tools and equipment, to the immediate supervisor; * High school diploma preferred; * Minimum 2 years of experience in the field preferred; * Professional training course in the field; * TIG welding; * CBSP; * T\-HUET; * NR12 \- Safety in Machinery and Equipment Operation; * NR34 \- Working Conditions and Environment in the Construction, Repair, and Ship Dismantling Industry; * NR33 \- 16hrs.
