Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for planning and supervising maintenance schedules, monitoring suppliers, and managing infrastructure-related demands. Key Highlights: 1. Planning and supervision of various maintenance schedules 2. Monitoring SLAs and KPIs of third-party suppliers 3. Managing service request workflows and prioritization **Responsibilities:** * Plan and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance schedules (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and fire suppression systems). * Conduct periodic rounds to identify operational bottlenecks or immediate repair needs. \- Monitor compliance with service levels (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) of third-party suppliers (cleaning, reception, security, landscaping, etc.). * Validate invoices and service measurements for payment release. * Serve as the focal point for infrastructure-related demands, ensuring clear communication and accurate deadlines. * Manage the service request workflow, prioritizing items critical to business operations. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * High School Diploma; * Power BI; * Excel. **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that value our employees' well-being and satisfaction.
