Develop support activities and training for departments ###### **Macaé, RJ****The company accepts applications from Macaé and nearby cities** ###### **Supervision/** **Coordination** ###### **To be determined** ###### **CLT employment regime** **Job Details** -------------------- Requirements: * Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy, Biomedicine, or Administration; * Professional council registration or specific certifications (when required); * Experience in the field and in people management; * Hospital accreditation and NUSP implementation experience preferred. Responsibilities: Manage and monitor adherence to protocols; manage clinical audits; implement the Departmental Action Plan together with the team; verify normative instruments (forms, Work Instructions, Manuals, and Protocols) regarding technical aspects of hospital practice; Be responsible for monitoring and guiding the department team through direct contact with these professionals to ensure service quality and excellence; Update the quality program, ensuring dissemination of work stages to all institutional teams; Supervise and collaborate with the Patient Safety Nucleus team to ensure continuity of tasks; Stay updated on institutional directives by participating in meetings with Management and the Clinical/Operational Staff; Develop support activities for operational and care departments through training for leaders and other institutional professionals; Implement and support dissemination of methods and concepts related to the institution’s chosen accreditation program; Perform people management responsibilities for the team under supervision; Train hospital leaders on quality tools to disseminate patient safety concepts throughout the institution; Supervise and support execution of department routine activities, such as: document management, monitoring and critical analysis of indicators, monitoring and handling of events and non-conformities, risk management, protocol management, sectoral audits of open and closed medical records.
