




Job Summary: A cook responsible for preparing a variety of meals for guests, events, and room service, ensuring standards of quality, taste, and food hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Bakery specialization, including preparation of high-quality classic desserts Responsible for preparing meals for guests, events, and room service, ensuring quality, taste, and hygiene standards (ANVISA regulations). Duties include preparing dishes (hot/cold), inventory management, organizing and cleaning the work area, operating kitchen equipment, strictly adhering to food safety regulations and PPE requirements, safely using blenders, slicers, griddles, industrial stoves, and other equipment, and working across various areas, e.g., breakfast service. Preferred Qualification: Cook specialized in bakery and classic desserts such as brownie and crème brûlée, involving preparation of high-quality desserts for breakfast, buffets, and restaurants (à la carte).
