Coordinate work teams, manage material resources, and resolve operational issues.** * Disseminate safety, health, and environmental standards; * Participate in safety, health, and environmental events; * Ensure elimination of unsafe conditions; * Assess operational risks associated with activities; * Maintain and enforce good housekeeping, organization, and cleanliness practices; * Possess knowledge of technical standards; * Comply with technical standards; * Support development of operational procedures; * Guide implementation of measures to improve performance and safety of work methods and equipment; * Conduct sensitive inspections of machines, equipment, and tools; * Demonstrate strong ability to read drawings; * Apply critical thinking when interpreting drawings; * Propose solutions for drawing discrepancies; * Actively participate in project construction and assembly strategy; * Support development of activity schedules; * Complete daily production reports documenting activities and incidents; * Explore alternatives for cost reduction; * Lead operational teams; * Lead operational teams; * Mediate operational team tasks; * Attend scheduling meetings; * Attend production and planning meetings; * Assign responsibilities and tasks; * Support workforce sizing; * Draft requests for resources and materials; * Prepare and submit electronic material and consumables requisitions; * Support resolution of day-to-day operational issues; * Train and qualify professionals for appropriate site work **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completion of elementary education required * Experience as Civil Team Leader required; * Strong communication skills; * Teamwork orientation. **Additional Information** * Meal/food allowance * Transportation allowance * Health and dental plan for employee and dependents. * Hazard pay allowance. * Daycare reimbursement * Life insurance * Birth assistance
