If you constantly pursue new challenges, wish to advance your career, and make a difference in the world, join our team! **Apply for this position and good luck!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Optimize the maintenance organization structure; * Plan and coordinate corrective, preventive, refurbishment, and modernization maintenance services for assets. * Optimize equipment, processes, and budgets to achieve higher asset reliability and * availability. * Assess spare parts requirements. * Identify and report maintenance-related safety risks. * Estimate maintenance costs and evaluate alternatives. * Assess technical and professional qualification needs of the maintenance team. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering and registration with the respective professional council. * Preferred: **Experience in maintenance management processes;** * Preferred: **Experience with certification of offshore oil platform equipment;** * Preferred: **Familiarity with asset management and CMMS structures;** * Preferred: **Experience with maintenance and reliability KPIs;** * Preferred: **Experience with regulatory requirements related to drilling activities (API, ISO, NRs, SGSO, Brazilian Navy, Classification Societies, etc.);** * Preferred: **Familiarity with Office suite tools: Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project** * Preferred: **English proficiency;** **Additional Information** Benefits offered: * Health and dental insurance; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Fitness incentive plan (WELLHUB); * Private pension plan; * Profit-sharing program; * Life insurance; * Educational assistance; * And others.
