KITCHEN ASSISTANT Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off Employment Type: CLT JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Select ingredients of appropriate quality and validity to ensure the presentation and flavor of served meals * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the buffet and utensils * Wash utensils and assist in cleaning the kitchen and dining area to prevent microbial proliferation and maintain food preparation quality and environmental organization * Receive, organize, and label supplies in the departmental stockroom, sorting by type and expiration date to facilitate retrieval and prevent product loss * Comply with regulations established by the Sanitary Surveillance Agency and the Good Manufacturing Practices Manual REQUIREMENTS: * Completed elementary education INCLUSION AND DIVERSITY All our positions are open to people with disabilities.
