




Job Summary: A reception professional responsible for guest service, check-in, check-out, reservation support, and administrative task management. Key Highlights: 1. Complete guest service 2. Informational and tourism support **Schedule:** 6 days on, 1 day off Food allowance \- BRL 320.00 Health insurance with co-payment \- Available after 3 months Dental insurance \- Available after 3 months Experience with Totvs system and English proficiency are preferred qualifications Guest service Check-in Check-out Reservation support Greet all arriving guests; Answer phone calls; Check and respond to received e\-mails; Deliver the hotel registration form (FNRH) and register guests; Make reservations, pre\-reservations, or cancellations; Perform check\-in and check\-out; Collect daily room payments; Call taxis for guests; Maintain the reservation map; Keep the hotel front desk organized; Assist guests; Provide information and answer questions regarding services, facilities, etc.; Recommend tourist attractions, tours, restaurants, etc.
